Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Lead Teacher, 2026-2027 School Year

Reports to: Campus Principal
Primary Purpose:
Provide students, including those receiving special education services, with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the assigned core academic subject area to support their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth and enable them to develop competencies and skills necessary to function successfully in society. Support classroom teaching to ensure an aligned and articulated instructional program by collaborating with teachers and facilitating PLCs focused on instructional strategies, content knowledge, and the use of student data to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Master's degree preferred
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements.
- Special Education Certification - Supplemental
- May require additional certification in subject area depending upon assignment
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or another early childhood education credential approved by the Texas Education Agency
- Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
