We’re seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative who can balance service excellence with sales opportunities in a structured, performance-driven environment. You will manage client service requests, handle policy updates, and identify opportunities to quote and sell additional coverage. This is a Monday-through-Friday role with hands-on training and clear performance expectations.
- Base salary of $32,000

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally
- Provide accurate information on policies, coverages, and billing
- Quote, sell, and bind policies when opportunities arise
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and updates
- Follow up to ensure retention, satisfaction, and additional coverage opportunities
- Identify and act on sales opportunities during service interactions
