Advanced Business Analyst

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Identify, analyze, and document the application-specific solution requirements
• Collect and comprehend project's business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Establish the operational scenarios for the present and the future (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions) and collaborate with IT team and business users to ensure accurate translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements
• Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization for IT projects
• Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in assigned project to ensure requirements are proper addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented
• Provide the link between business users, development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solutions or workaround to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Providing guidance and coaching to junior staffs
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
