Job Description

1. Marketing at the Point of Sales: Own and oversee all marketing activities at the dealership to promote Mahindra LMM’s portfolio. Ensure the dealership space reflects the brand’s identity through effective merchandising and promotional materials. 2. Training & Enablement: Build capability for dealership sales staff on promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Provide the dealership sales team with promo-specific tools and materials for seamless execution. Identify high potential routes and pockets for focused activation drive. Local partnerships & community engagement to drive electrification e.g. Drivers meet , Union leaders meet , distributors engagement. 3. Budget Management: Manage Below the Line (BTL) marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns. Track and report on budget utilization to ensure alignment with financial goals.  Monitor CPL & CPE (Cost per enquiry & lead) 4. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute dealership-level events, workshops, and promotional activities to generate excitement around LMM’s portfolio. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of marketing events. Visit activations and monitor to ensure company standards. 5. Customized Offerings: Develop and implement tailored marketing solutions and offers that cater to the dealership’s unique customer and regional demographics. 6. Growth Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement growth opportunities, exploring both traditional and non-traditional marketing approaches. Regularly monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.
