Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting DocuSign CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CLM workflows, templates, and document generation processes.
- Experience in system administration, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data flows.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- DocuSign CLM Consultant Certification.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM API integrations and DocuSign AI.
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and clause library configurations.
- Exposure to SAP CI or other middleware platforms.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in CLM Docusign troubleshooting and implementation
- Configuring and troubleshooting DocuSign workflows
