The Hudson School District is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Worker at Alvirne High School for the 2025-2026 school year. The Food Service Worker performs the essential tasks of cashiering, food prep, and other tasks to meet the goals of our Food Service Program. This part-time position works 3 hours per day (10:15am - 1:15pm) Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, cook, serve and store food items within standard guidelines.
- Perform cashier responsibilities.
- Food storage management including moving foods to and from freezers and refrigerators and storeroom.
- Maintain the kitchen and cafeteria, including the cleaning of all wares and equipment.
Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $15.50 per hour.
Benefits: This position offers accrued sick time.
Qualifications:
- No experience needed.
- Must be able to attain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days.
