Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources is required.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- New hire preparation and processing within the human resources information system.
- Accurate and timely file maintenance, I-9's, background checks, and drug testing.
- Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Reviews third party payroll software for errors and inconsistencies, including new hire preparation and processing.
- Assist employees with third party software self-service questions and/or issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and timely filed personnel records in accordance with data storage policies.
- Assist with writing and maintaining accurate job descriptions for active job titles/positions within the agency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
