Job Description
Purpose Statement
The job of a Summer Intern is to assist the Building Technologist with the manual labor tasks that are part of readying equipment during the summer break.
Essential Job Functions
Unboxing and preparation of new equipment
Reimaging/resetting and cleaning existing equipment
Disconnecting/reconnecting, movement and setup of equipment
Assisting with inventory recording including collection of serial numbers and labeling of equipment needed
Physical Demands
Moderate lifting, carrying, pushing and /or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Generally the job requires 25% sitting, 25% walking and 50% standing
Background check is required
Terms of Employment:
Temporary Summer Position
40 hrs. per week, no benefits
Hourly wage: $17.48 per hour
