Job Description
To lead the flagship Young Talent Program with an intent to become the employer of choice at Premier B-Schools to attract, develop and retain best talent from campuses and groom them into future leaders.
- To create a strong employer brand and engage with top B-schools.
- Create an end-to-end Structure for Vodafone Idea Leadership Program including 3-Year Program Design & way forward (starting from summer internship program followed by PPO/ PPI process).
- Design and execute robust and rigorous learning paths for the young leader’s basis the defined competency model.
- Provide structured career paths and faster growth trajectory to young leaders, partnering with business.
- Leading National transformation projects in the HR domain.
