Superintendent - Maintenance Planning

What you will be doing

• Lead and develop a maintenance planning and engineering team, setting clear expectations and supporting capability growth;
• Own maintenance planning, scheduling and shutdown preparation across site assets;
• Work closely with operations and maintenance execution to ensure plans are safe, realistic and well prioritised;
• Drive continuous improvement across asset reliability, work management and planning maturity;
• Contribute to maintenance budgets, capital planning and asset improvement initiatives;
• Champion safety leadership and compliance with Orica systems and standards.
