Education/Experience Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Baccalaureate degree in a health related field.
• 2 years of experience in Infection Prevention.
• Meets all criteria required of the Infection Preventionist I.
• Basic statistical analysis skills. 
• Developing management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with diverse groups, fostering collaboration and collegiality.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Skilled in the provision of providing guidance, advice and assistance in problem resolution to render win/win outcomes for safe patient outcomes.
