To lead and grow Digital Solution business unit in SEA
Principal Responsibilities
• Develop a profitable and continual growth sales portfolio comprising of key
market segments and customers, leveraging on the full company portfolio of products and services including WBT, and in particular the inside Data Centers segment.
• Create and maintain an intricate networks of business partners, establishing
strong business relationship and Prysmian branding.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecast for weekly sales review and monthly reporting, adopting relevant company tools and processes (e.g Salesforce etc.)
• Working with end users and consultants to develop any key projects/ account assigned.
• Prepare a business development plan with detail execution on the strategies
• Work with various organization functions (marketing, technical, logistic and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer
Full accountability in growing Prysmian SEA Digital Solutions
Experience
• At least 8 years of related work experience gained from similar industry or large system integrator.
• Proficient knowledge in cabling solutions associated in Structured Cabling, Building Management Systems (Access Controls), Security and Fire Safety etc
To work with consultant/end user to position Prysmian as the brand of choice
• Strong knowledge in managing distributors, installers, end users including managing partners' conflict
• Experience in driving the brand through consultants distributor, partners training and events.
• Proven success in similar capacity
Other Essential
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good understanding of structured cabling solution
• Data center certification (CDCP) will be an advantage
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Independent and self starter
• Presentation skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
