Maintenance Assistant

Camellia Place of Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living Community, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the daily upkeep, safety, and appearance of our senior living community.

What You’ll Do

 

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair of building systems

 

• Support preventative maintenance programs

 

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks

 

• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

 

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment

 

• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines

 

• Assist with emergency repairs as needed

 

• Help maintain organized maintenance records

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• High school diploma or GED

 

• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred

 

• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 

• Dependable and able to work independently

 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

 

• Willingness to be flexible for occasional emergency response needs
