We’re currently looking for Assistant Managers to join our incredible team at the Fuquay Main + Fuquay Broad offices. The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties while providing essential support to front office staff and clinical team members. This role assists in managing daily office operations and supports the Office Manager in achieving organizational goals and maintaining efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Office Manager with patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections, and accounts receivable, including management of aging reports and procedures not attached reports
- Monitor and manage office communications, including appointment requests, online payments, and corporate correspondence regarding company policies
- Encourage and support initiatives to increase five-star patient reviews
- Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and staff in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as appropriate
- Assist with daily closing procedures, bank deposits, and month-end reporting as needed
- Ensure accurate posting of insurance, patient, and EFT payments under the guidance of the Office Manager, including proper adjustments
- Address and triage patient concerns, keeping the Office Manager informed and resolving or escalating issues as necessary
- Provide support in supervising front office staff in collaboration with the Office Manager
- Assist with ongoing employee training and development beyond initial onboarding
- Help plan, assign, and coordinate the work of front office team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting
- Experience with Denticon preferred
- Prior management or leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs as needed
