Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $50,000-$90,000/Year (Salaried | DOE & License)

Summary:
The Director of Admissions and Marketing oversees all admissions activities and drives census through community outreach, referral development, and branding. This role ensures a smooth admissions process, fosters strong referral relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the admissions process from inquiry to residents admission, ensure timely documentation, and track census data. Serve as the primary liaison to families.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. Promote the facility in the community and identify new referral opportunities.

Develop local marketing plans, organize events, and manage online presence. Collaborate on branding and messaging with the corporate team.

Work closely with internal teams to align census goals, provide updates on referrals, and ensure staff preparedness for incoming residents.

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, residents, and families.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology.

Degree in healthcare management, medical social work, or marketing.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state.
