Trials - Outbound Sales
Location: Ortigas Reporting to: Team Leader

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Trials - Outbound Sales, you are responsible for ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled according to existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
What you get to do every day as a Trials - Outbound Sales:
High volume outbound calls to leads to arrange a 30-day free trial
Educating potential clients on our product offering
Effective objection handling
Attain daily and weekly targets
Update and maintain accurate client notes in Salesforce.com
Have quality conversations with clients to set up the sales person at the end of the trial period and to maintain a conversion rate of 40%
Ensure that all new clients have appropriate business and licensing registration
A BIT ABOUT YOU
3 years of experience in Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Three to five years of experience in the BPO industry
Ability to operate effectively in a high call volume environment
Ability to close a deal
Excellent customer service skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems
