Where You’ll Make a Difference
Apply fragrances into cosmetic bases according to customer requirements: application preparation, introduction in line with good manufacturing practices, use of conditioning, and labelling.
Prepare the first application of perfumer oils which are used for internal evaluations.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of chemical and safety protocols when handling different (harmful) materials.
Manage cosmetic raw materials and bases in accordance with good laboratory practices which includes labelling, respect of shelf life, replenishment orders, and contamination prevention.
Perform laboratory duties which include maintenance of equipment, housekeeping and shortage prevention.
Mange the process & application for market research Sample preparation.
Support various fundamental studies in terms of technical requirement to suit fragrance application in various bases.
Submit stability report & demonstrates basic knowledge of lab equipment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with perfumers, evaluators, and project teams to align technical applications with creative and commercial objectives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Pharmacy or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role from either in Fragrance, FMCG or Raw Materials environment.
Knowledge of applications, raw materials and chemical processes.
Ability to independently manage end‑to‑end projects with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of automated systems and computer task management tools.
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders across functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
