Role Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) is an execution focused role within the Price Strategy Execution Continuous Improvement operating model, supporting technology and business process transformation across pricing, rebate, and controls functions for the OC Enterprise in North America. The role exists to ensure approved solutions are fully executed, tested, documented, adopted and supported so that intended productivity and control benefits are realized and sustained over time.
This role partners closely with Continuous Improvement leadership to execute technology‑enabled solutions through execution of approved requirements, testing, deployment readiness, system maintenance, and sustainment. The BA plays a critical role in ensuring pricing technologies and tools are implemented correctly, consistently adopted, and scalable over time, while protecting automation ROI and reducing operational, financial, and audit risk for Price Strategy Execution businesses across the OC enterprise. By owning execution, adoption, documentation and day-to-day execution support, the Business Analyst protects capacity for solution design, automation delivery and continuous improvement.
This position reports directly to the Business Solutions Lead.
