Complete safety orientation and fully follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Must be active in the Safety Awareness/Suggestion Program
Provide effective communication (verbally & written), with ability to understand verbal and written communication.
Must be able to read a Tape Measure, use Calipers and other QC tools/gauges to dimensionally check product to specifications per Product Print & Standard Work or have capability to learn.
Must be able to learn to visually identify Raw Material as well as Semi-Finished Product.
Must become familiar with all production scheduling and internal specification sheet creations.
Must demonstrate excellent retention of training on part numbers including raw, semi-finished , and finished products
Must have good basic computer skills and ability to learn and utilize Excel Spreadsheets
Must display a positive attitude and maintain positive working relationships with peers and all support groups. Must be a team player.
Ability to retain coaching and training in scheduling, inventory, product development, testing and quality.
