Data Insights Lead

The Data Insights Lead provides hands‑on analytical leadership while guiding an early‑career analyst with strong potential. This role blends technical depth, people development, and consultative partnership across the People function. The leader ensures that the right teams deliver reporting and insights, in the most automated and scalable way, and that data is used effectively to support performance management, recognition, learning, and broader talent initiatives. A strong partnership with the Corporate Systems group—who own Oracle and other core HR platforms—is essential.
