'• Interviews business partners for business requirements definition
• Facilitates prioritization discussions with business for incidents & small enhancements
• Translates business requirements into a set of structured business process, technology and organization specifications
• Performs system analysis and triaging of issues
• Undertakes system configuration, data analysis and mapping
• Performs system maintenance activities, ensuring change requests and small enhancements are processed
• Participates in solution designs
• Creates test scripts, tests and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables
• Keeps the system design documentation & application support manuals up to date
• Participates in the project team, when relevant, and provides deliverables according to the time, cost, and quality criteria
• Helps coordinate delivery of small to medium size operational efforts
• Creates transition to support plans as part of solution delivery
• Coaches less experienced team members
