Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position starting in September 2026 at our site in Gornji Milanovac - Serbia. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months, connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do
As a Maintenance Automation Engineer, you will be involved in the following activities to develop and strengthen your abilities towards:
- Learn modern technology to produce packaging materials
- Lead preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability for automation and electrical equipment, secure safe and stable operation.
- Drive systematic diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment losses, define strong corrective and preventive countermeasures.
- Eradicate losses by contributing to World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) activities. You will use the “Infinite loop approach” means using proper analysis
- methods, set priorities based on them, use problem solving methods, follow-up and maintain
- Leading projects within the organization and participate in cross-functional activities
- Prepare and lead equipment modifications and improvements
- People Management by setting goals, providing feedback, follow performance, improve skills etc.
We believe you have
- You have finished recently (in 2025) or are about to finish (in 2026) your Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree studies
- Confident computer (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
- Knowledge and interest in automation & electrical systems
- You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
- You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive
- You are a true team player with good communication skills.
- You are able to work independently and apply what you’ve learnt into practice
- You are fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal
