Repairs and maintains machinery such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments.
Work on the chemical pumps, valves and plumbing in the CIP kitchens.
Dismantles devices to remove defective parts.
Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause and makes necessary adjustments.
Repairs, maintains, replaces, installs and tests electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices.
Replaces electric motor bearings and rewires motors. Diagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunction with other maintenance workers, to diagnose malfunction.
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables using electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices.
Test electrical components.
Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholds the culture of Glanbia non-negotiables.
