Back to jobsA Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (desirable)
Minimum three years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive working knowledge of child development, attachment, learning
A demonstrated understanding of evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning
Working knowledge of leadership theory and the use of a range of leadership styles
Well-developed critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas
Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
