Description:
- Obtain carrier invoices or statements where needed.
- Compare carrier invoices to agency billings to identify any discrepancies.
- Research and resolve discrepancies identified between carrier invoices and agency billings.
- Verify that client payments have been received for each item being remitted.
- Record carrier payables in the agency management system.
- Ensure payments to carriers/companies are remitted on time.
- Verify electronic payments (ACH/WIRE), including international payments, remitted to carriers.
- Post all electronic payments to the agency management system for company payables.
- Review and disburse electronic mail in a timely manner.
- Work with the team to establish process efficiencies.
- Communicate and train senders when misguided or misdirected emails are received.
- Perform all above functions for multiple MMA regions in the United States.
- Monitor carrier payables to ensure they are current and that any aged transactions are known issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure clients have paid invoices.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve any discrepancies in client payments.
