What you'll do
This is a ground-floor role - you'll have unusual ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to shape both the product and the team as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the US payments and POS product strategy
- Adapt and localize Flatpay’s platform for the US market
- Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with business growth
- Build features across payments acceptance, POS workflows, and merchant onboarding
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product changes
- Partner with sales and field teams to gather insights and improve the product
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Track product performance and optimize merchant experience
- Navigate US payments ecosystem including acquiring, pricing, and compliance
Who you are
- Experience as a Product Manager ideally in POS or Payments
- Strong understanding of the US payments ecosystem
- Experience with merchant-facing or in-person payment solutions
- Ability to define strategy and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with sales-led organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and build from scratch
