  • Operating cadence: Create and/or enforce governance routines that link people, processes, and tools to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity of forecasts and reporting.
  • Value Engineering (VE) portfolio support: Review, analyze, and report VE initiatives led by R&D; ensure alignment of cost assumptions, timing, and benefit attribution within the overall productivity portfolio.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management: Coordinate across Procurement, Finance, PMO, VE, and R&D to resolve conflicts and maintain aligned targets and priorities.
  • Continuous improvement: Improve templates, standards, and ways of working for initiative tracking, benefits capture, and portfolio transparency.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Procurement (ingredients, packaging, external manufacturing) or related areas (operations, engineering, food science, product/packaging R&D) with demonstrated involvement in cost/productivity initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to influence across functions and levels.
