Prior Authorization Representative

Hourly rate: $18 to $22

Remote: Although this position is listed as remote, the training period requires you working onsite 5 days/week for 3 months at our Middleburg Heights, OH facility before transitioning to remote.

May be located in Middleburg Heights or Milan.

Overview: Assist in obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies on behalf of the client and the patient. Prior authorizations may require the primary or ordering physician to be involved, requiring contact with the facility as well as insurance company. In addition, based on coverage policies, pre-determination medical requests may be needed to validate the medical necessity as deemed by the insurance.
