Accountabilities
• Own end-to-end technology change management for IS programmes and initiatives.
• Lead user adoption, readiness, and capability enablement for new systems, platforms, and digital tools.
• Ensure technology-driven changes are embedded into day-to-day operations and ways of working.
• Partner with HR OCM and business stakeholders to align technology adoption with organisational change, while retaining IS ownership.
• Establish adoption governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices for IS transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Lead technology change planning and execution across IS programmes from design through post-go-live.
• Translate technology changes into clear user impacts, behavioural changes, and adoption actions.
• Design and deliver technology adoption and training strategies, including role-based learning and super-user enablement.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of new digital ways of working, including automation-enabled and integrated processes.
• Develop and execute technology-focused change communications aligned with enterprise transformation narratives.
• Collaborate with HR OCM to ensure consistency across people and technology change initiatives.
• Partner with IS delivery teams, business leaders, and vendors to embed adoption into delivery plans.
• Track adoption KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve change effectiveness.

Ideal Track Record
• 8–12 years of experience in technology change management, digital adoption, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven success leading user adoption and training for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience working across IS, HR, and business functions in complex organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural change linked to technology enablement.
• Experience in telecommunications or regulated enterprise environments preferred.
