Job Description
The HR Generalist is a part-time position 20 hours per week responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support across all City departments. This position serves as a primary resource for employees and supervisors on matters related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy interpretation, training compliance, workers’ compensation, and offboarding. The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of City policies and procedures, supports a positive work environment, and helps maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
