Job Description
Create and maintain all property records, perform detailed technical processes, provide support to division staff and provide extensive customer service to individuals and property owners relating to homestead and property tax issues. Work is subject to periodic review and approval of recommendations by the city assessor.
This is a regular part-time position of 24 hours per week with a consistent schedule. The preferred schedule is five days per week, though a four-day workweek may be considered. Daily shifts typically range from 4–6 hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma,
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Completion of Course A- Assessment Laws and Procedures as sponsored by the Minnesota State Board of Assessors within one year of employment
