At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.  

At Vitamin Well France, we combine a dynamic international culture with a committed local team. From our office in Paris, we manage the distribution of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells across the French market, working closely with commercial partners, logistics providers, and teams across the Group.

As the business continues to grow, we are now expanding the team and looking for a Commercial Controller to strengthen our Finance & Operations set-up in Paris. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys commercial analysis, financial structure, and working close to the business.

The role as Commercial Controller - France

This is a new role responsible for the controlling function for our French business, combining commercial controlling and financial analysis with operational finance responsibilities linked to reporting, processes, and financial governance.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations in France, supporting decision-making through analysis, reporting, profitability tracking, and financial insights. At the same time, you will own several important local finance processes, particularly linked to AP approvals, ERP expense coding, and the financial steering model.

The position is part of the Finance & Operations team in France and works closely with Group Finance at headquarters in Stockholm. The role is based in Paris and reports to the Head of Finance & Operations France.

Your responsibilities will include

Commercial controlling and analysis
  • Analyse financial, commercial, and sell-in/sell-out data by customer and product

  • Ensure profitability tracking at customer and product level, including net price monitoring

  • Perform ad hoc analyses and deep dives to support business decisions

  • Build and maintain reporting and analysis tools for Sales and Planning teams

Reporting, planning, and closing
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations in Power BI and Excel

  • Support budget, forecast, and monthly reporting processes

  • Participate in monthly closing activities, including accrual calculations and P&L analysis

Financial governance and local finance processes
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the Accounts Payable approval process

  • Ensure consistency and quality in ERP expense coding and financial steering structures

  • Ensure alignment with Group Finance in Stockholm regarding reporting standards, processes, and financial governance

  • Provide backup support for bank statement processes and other operational finance topics when needed

Who you are

You are analytical, structured, and business-oriented, with a genuine interest in understanding what drives performance and profitability. You thrive in a role where commercial analysis, reporting, and operational finance all play an important part.

You are comfortable digging into data, challenging numbers, and supporting decision-making across different functions in a fast-moving environment.

Essential skills to succeed
  • 2–4 years of experience within controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, or similar finance roles

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field

  • Experience from FMCG, retail, consumer goods, distribution, or another commercially driven environment is considered an advantage

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with Power BI and data visualisation

  • Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis

  • Knowledge in financial accounting is meriting

  • Structured and detail-oriented, particularly regarding reporting quality and finance processes

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

  • Professional level of both French and English, written and spoken
