Job Description

Your Role Are you recognized for your resourcefulness, organizational skills, and interest in systems and optimization? As part of our Talent team, you will directly contribute to the smooth operation of recruitment, onboarding, and optimization activities while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. You will be involved in: Recruitment administrative support Candidate experience Job postings Operations within our HR system (Dayforce) New employee onboarding Various optimization and data management projects 馃憠 You will work closely with the Talent team, HR Business Partners, and our Business Analyst to support the evolution and efficiency of our HR operations. Main Responsibilities Recruitment Operations Support Support the Talent team throughout the various stages of the recruitment process. Create, update, and optimize job postings based on hiring needs. Participate in interview coordination and candidate follow-ups. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience. Conduct active and passive candidate searches for targeted hiring needs. Participate in the coordination of student recruitment and internship programs. HR System Administration and Operations Participate in administrative operations related to recruitment and onboarding. Support the use and optimization of Dayforce and other HR tools. Participate in configuration, validation, and data integration activities. Collaborate with the Business Analyst on operational needs, dashboards, and tracking. Compile and maintain various reports and KPIs. Employee Experience and Continuous Improvement Participate in coordinating the onboarding process for new employees. Prepare and follow up on various HR and Talent documents. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working. Participate in various HR and Talent projects based on team needs. Desired Profile DEC in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong interest in recruitment, systems, and process optimization. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems. Experience with an ATS or HRIS (Dayforce is an asset). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Bilingualism.* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness. Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. *English proficiency is required to support our Canada-wide operations and collaborate with our teams and clients across other provinces. 聽
