The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient close processes, while acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Tax, Audit, and business stakeholders.
You will also lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Audit, and business teams to support strategic objectives
- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across accounting activities
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and accountability

What You Bring
- Strong experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership roles
- Proven track record in people leadership and team development
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and close processes
- Experience working in multinational / matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
