We’re currently seeking an NQ, Paralegal or Solicitor to join our Motor Fraud team. Our Fraud team is known for handling a variety of intricate cases across the insurance sector, making us the preferred choice for clients looking for innovative and practical solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with litigation on complex fraud and motor cases for a wide variety of clients. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, whilst the team are predominantly based from our Liverpool office we will also consider candidates in Manchester and the North West. Responsibilities Responsibilities Managing a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution. Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses. Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system. Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation. Essential experience handling insurance, motor fraud litigation. Strong understanding of motor-related claims and the litigation process, including pre‑action protocols and CPR. Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills, with experience using case management systems. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders. What we offer?
