- Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in day‑to‑day site management to ensure schedule and quality goals are met.
- Manage the RFI and submittal process from creation through close‑out.
- Process owner billings, track job‑cost codes, and resolve project‑related accounting items.
- Maintain daily logs, progress photos, material procurement logs, change orders, and close‑out documents.
- Help create and update project schedules (MS Project preferred).
- Coordinate subcontractor insurance, bonds, and compliance paperwork.
- Support project safety by attending daily huddles and documenting inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings; strong understanding of construction means & methods.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; working knowledge of Procore, Prolog, and MS Project is a plus.
- Internship or 1–3 years of experience on commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with job‑cost accounting and document‑control software.
