Job Description
FACT provides intensive, community‑based services focused on promoting stability, recovery, and successful community integration through wraparound care coordination, psychiatric services, substance use treatment, peer support, and collaboration with judicial and community partners. As a Peer Recovery Coach II – FACT, you will be an essential member of this multidisciplinary team, using your lived experience to build authentic, supportive relationships that promote hope, self‑determination, and long‑term recovery in community and field‑based settings.
