We’re looking for a Director, Commercial to lead that charge. This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of the business, responsible for shaping how we move product across midstream systems. You’ll own the commercial strategy across gathering and processing, ensuring we are not only operationally aligned, but commercially optimized to support growth at scale.
You’ll be stepping into a role where strategy meets execution. From setting the long-term direction of our midstream portfolio, to leading complex negotiations and navigating real-time operational constraints, this position requires someone who can think ahead, act decisively, and influence across the business.
Just as importantly, you’ll lead and build a high-performing commercial team, creating the structure, pace, and accountability needed to deliver against an ambitious growth agenda.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting and leading the commercial strategy across midstream services (gathering, processing)
- Owning and optimizing a complex portfolio of third-party midstream agreements to maximize value and manage risk
- Leading high-value commercial negotiations and structuring agreements that support long-term growth
- Aligning commercial commitments with production forecasts, infrastructure capacity, and operational realities
- Identifying and unlocking new opportunities across infrastructure, partnerships, and system optimization
- Building, leading, and developing a high-performing commercial team
- Partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated, commercially sound outcomes

You bring a balance of strategic thinking and execution focus, with the ability to operate in a complex, fast-moving environment and influence outcomes at a senior level.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Energy Management, Marketing, or related field
Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
Experience
Minimum: 12 years of relevant experience in energy, midstream, or commercial roles
Preferred: 2 years leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, commercial strategy, and portfolio management
Additional Qualifications
- Strong understanding of gathering, processing, and transportation agreements
