Customer Service Associate - Part-Time - Paoli

The Customer Service Associate handles all inbound activity for clients and prospects. They provide customer support to all internal clients. They respond to a variety of inquiries and requests from customers and must be able to provide effective and immediate customer service to these customers. They support the entire agency and all inbound clients and prospects, and they may be assigned to multiple agents at a time.
