Plant Manager

NAES Corporation has an immediate opening for a Plant Manager to provide operational leadership and strategic oversight of Mountain Peak Power.

The Mountain Peak Power Plant is a state-of-the-art natural gas-fired peaking facility located in Keenesburg, Colorado. Designed to support United Power’s electric cooperative, the plant delivers 162 megawatts of flexible, on-demand power using six GE Vernova LM2500XPRESS aeroderivative gas turbines. The facility enhances grid reliability and helps meet peak electricity demand across the region.

This position offers an annual base salary ranging from $158,500 to $200,000 and includes eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
