This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Key Account Manager in Lima, Perú with Signify.
Builds trust-based partnerships with key professional trade accounts (wholesalers, distributors, installer networks), driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and shared success across assigned territories.
Develops and executes customer-centric account strategies, aligned with regional priorities, through collaborative Key Account Plans (KAPs) that foster long-term engagement and high-growth opportunities.
Partners closely with customers and trade stakeholders to co-create joint business plans, expand product adoption, increase market share, and stimulate demand across channels, including installers and contractors.
Leverages market insights, diverse perspectives, and data-driven analysis to identify new opportunities, optimize assortments, pricing, promotions, and digital engagement, while ensuring transparency through accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
Leads cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement by promoting the full professional portfolio, enabling partners through training and sustainability solutions, and driving operational excellence across sales, marketing, logistics, and aftersales.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in market dynamics and strategic account management.
Professional background in lighting, electrical, or industrial goods sectors is preferred.
5+ years of experience in key account management or B2B sales within professional trade environments, with proven success in strategic planning and relationship management.
Solid understanding of wholesale distribution channels, electrical trade dynamics, and B2B/online sales models.
Experience in commercial negotiations (pricing, rebates, campaigns, and service agreements); sales or account management certifications are a plus but not required.
