Key Responsibilities

Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1 to 4-year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in Aero engine or turbomachinery domain.

Proficiency in FE tools like ANSYS (Classic) and Hyper mesh is a must.

Good experience on writing the Analysis reports is a must.

Experience in Linear, Non-linear analyses and debugging convergence issues.

Knowledge of Elastic-plastic assessments, Low cycle fatigue and High cycle fatigue calculations.

Exposure to vibration analysis of the components, Goodman diagram, Campbell plot etc.

Knowledge in substantiations of MRB/Non-conformances/Concessions components.

Experience in APDL macros.

Knowledge on PYTHON, ANSYS, Workbench, UG-Required Skills (Technical Competency)
