Estimation Manager

As our pipeline of major water infrastructure projects continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to join our ANZ Proposals team, based at our Head Office in Rhodes. This is a senior, high‑impact role where your expertise will directly influence contract awards for complex, high‑value water projects across Australia and New Zealand. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Proposals ANZ, you will lead the end‑to‑end cost estimation and pricing strategy for competitive tenders across Design Construct (D C), O M, DBOM and BOOT delivery models. Owning the full price sheet — from first principles through to final submission — you will act as the central coordinator between engineering, commercial, procurement and operations teams to deliver robust, competitive and fully defendable cost models.
