Job Description
§ Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the day-to-day compliance activities of the Organization, from an ethical point of view, as well from a contractual point of view (as per the relationships with the Employer and the contractors) . § In collaboration with internal stakeholders and TSST, establish a company compliance manual; maintain and supplement the manual as necessary, e nsuring that the compliance manual effectively prevents and/or detects violation of law, regulations, organization policies, or the code of conduct. § Develop, coordinate, and/or oversee internal and external audit procedures for the purpose of monitoring and detecting any misconduct or noncompliance; if any misconduct or noncompliance is detected, recommend a solution, and follow up to ensure that the noncompliance is resolved. § Develop in-house compliance introduction training program for all employees, contractors, and others working with the Organization. § Ensure that the internal controls are capable of preventing and detecting significant instances of illegal, unethical, or improper conduct by employees, contractors, or others working with the Organization. § In consultation with the Human Resources Department, ensure that there is a mechanism in place for disciplining instances of noncompliance, appropriate to the nature and extent of the deviation and ensure consistency in the application of disciplinary action. § Oversee and follow-up, as applicable, resolution of investigations and other issues generated by the compliance program, including development of corrective action plans, as needed. § Alerts in case of risk of non-compliance of the company of the contractual objectives and finds solutions with colleagues and management to remediate the situation. § Present periodic and annual reports on the compliance status (ethics and compliance to contractual obligations) to Management and HR. § Ensure protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties; § The job description is not exhaustive and may assume additional tasks within the competence of the incumbent.
