Ensures defined metrics and measures within solutions align to business objectives, track progress, and assess the impact of implemented changes.
Leverages skills and resources across functional disciplines and works with the Change Network to support initiative delivery.
Contributes to the development of communication and implementation procedures for corporate or business unit initiatives, partnering with HRBPs as appropriate on people-related impacts.
Partners with Business Engineering to apply enterprise processes and solutions in support of business unit or functional needs.
Demonstrates the ability to influence outcomes and support “win/win” solutions through collaboration, facilitation, and effective communication.
Maintains awareness of business unit/strategic support unit initiatives, identifies potential overlaps or dependencies, and supports prioritization discussions by providing input on change impacts.
