Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Developer with strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving. Join our IT & Digital team and help shape robust, high-quality SAP solutions that support key business processes across the organization. In this role, you will work in an international environment, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to impactful IT development initiatives.
What will you do?
Coordinate IT application development activities in line with business and IT strategy
Analyze business requirements and processes together with stakeholders (Procurement, SCM, Business Analysts)
Design, develop and implement SAP solutions supporting key business operations
Ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions
Support key users and ensure smooth handover to IT operations teams
Participate in planning and implementation of development initiatives, including resource estimation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Take part in 3rd level support and incident resolution
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in IT development
What do we expect?
University degree, ideally in IT or a related field
English is a must (upper-intermediate level); additional languages are an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in SAP development (preferably SAP MM)
Experience working with ERP systems and business applications
Ability to deliver tasks within agreed deadlines, scope and quality standards
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment
Ability to support and mentor others within the team
Responsibility for assigned applications and solutions

Salary: from 2500 EUR brutto/month. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
