Silver Dollar City Resort - Director of Engineering (Exempt)

The Director of Engineering is responsible for proactively maintaining product and equipment condition, quality and functionality throughout the 300-guest room, guest common areas, meeting areas, resort grounds and establishing rooms and equipment preventative maintenance programs designed to prolong the lifespan of equipment and physical property. The Director of Engineering is responsible for developing and achieving budgeted department financial results and managing resort-wide capital expenditure projects and budgets and long-term capital plans. Additionally, the Director of Engineering is responsible for high levels of host and guest satisfaction.
