HR Intern – Process Improvement & AI Focus

Work location: On-site in San Ramon, CA with strong preference for local candidate Hours: M-F with some early morning calls required due to global nature of project

CooperVision is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious HR Intern with an interest in process improvement and AI-driven solutions to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how emerging technologies and thoughtful process design can enhance Talent Acquisition and onboarding experiences.

This role is well-suited for a student who enjoys improving how work gets done, collaborating across teams, and exploring how AI and automation can make HR processes more efficient and effective.
