Work Half the Week & Get Paid for 40 Hours
Looking for a schedule that gives you more time off without losing pay?
Under new management, we’re growing our team and offering a unique schedule: 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off (12 hr shifts) — meaning you work half the week but still get your full 40 hours.
We currently have both day shift and night shift available.

What You’ll Do

Operate molding machines to produce container lids

Set up molds and maintain proper temperature, cycle times, air, and water flow

Measure and distribute materials into molds

Remove finished parts and inspect for quality

Label finished products and keep work areas clean and organized

Inspect molds and rotate tasks with team members when needed

Follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For

Ability to follow instructions and meet production standards

Ability to lift, carry, stack, bend, and work on a platform

Comfortable working in high-temperature manufacturing environments

Willingness to work as part of a team-focused production crew
