- Be responsible for development of new project process, ensure that the new project will work according to the time node. Be responsible for new project process layout;Be responsible for the establishment ,application and maintenance of production line equipment, tooling and process standards.
- Be responsible for the process development of new projects, make process flow diagrams and various specifications, such as equipment manufacturing specifications, equipment acceptance specifications, etc.
- Be responsible for the installation, debugging and inspection of the on-site equipment of the new project, and monitor the effectiveness of the equipment and process of the production line according to the design requirements。
- Participate in the study of mold development and design review and give constructive suggestions。
- Prepare and maintain technical documents and relevant records, ensure that standardized operations are reasonable, and supervise on-site operations and records in accordance with standardization。
- Propose relevant technical requirements for equipment, tooling, molds and products, and participate in the selection of equipment, tooling and molds.
- Optimize process layout to improve operability and production efficiency.
- Participate in the implementation of various ENCs and continuous improvement plans, and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of ENCs.
- Improve the production process, monitor the on-site production quality status, and support to solve the on-site product quality problems of customer production。
- Ensure the normal operation of the equipment of the series production project, and provide on-site process and equipment technical support for the production department.
